制备了一个结构新颖的镍的二价配合物,并过元素分析,红外光谱和X-射线衍射对其进行表征.结果表明该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P-3c1,晶胞晶胞参数为:a=11.9404(8),b=11.9404(8),c=17.087(2),V=2109.8(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.389 Mg/m3,F(000)=924,化学式C7H26N7N i O1S1,化学式量为317.7.中心镍离子与3个乙二胺的六个氮原子配位成一个变形八面体结构.同时,晶体中含有没有配位的逆硫氰根离子和水分子.配合物结构单元的分子之间是通过氢键相连接,从而形成了比较稳定的一维链状结构.  相似文献

This essay considers Food Will Win the War, an animated short made early in World War II by Disney Studios for the United States Department of Agriculture. Through a fantastical catalogue of hyperbolic images, the film shows how the mass production of American agriculture becomes the first wave of a new American-style consumerism of plenty that will transform the social order. The analysis blends contemporary theories of affective politics to show Food Will Win the War as a threshold text, revealing the post-war economy at its formation. Using food as a symbolic field, this film ultimately links the endless expansion of consumer desire to national identity and global colonization.  相似文献

研究了新试剂硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(NBTDAA)与锌的显色反应.在pH=10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,TritonX-100存在下,NBTDAA与锌反应生成2∶1稳定络合物,体系最大吸收波长λm ax=528 nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.34×105L/(moL.cm),样品中的锌用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱固相萃取预分离和富集后用该方法测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

ObjectiveCardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis are major pathological manifestations observed in left ventricular remodeling induced by angiotensin II (AngII). Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) has been reported to ameliorate cardiac dysfunction and myocardial fibrosis in myocardial infarction (MI) through mechano-transduction and its downstream pathways. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether LIPUS could exert a protective effect by ameliorating AngII-induced cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis and if so, to further elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms.MethodsWe used AngII to mimic animal and cell culture models of cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis. LIPUS irradiation was applied in vivo for 20 min every 2 d from one week before mini-pump implantation to four weeks after mini-pump implantation, and in vitro for 20 min on each of two occasions 6 h apart. Cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis levels were then evaluated by echocardiographic, histopathological, and molecular biological methods.ResultsOur results showed that LIPUS could ameliorate left ventricular remodeling in vivo and cardiac fibrosis in vitro by reducing AngII-induced release of inflammatory cytokines, but the protective effects on cardiac hypertrophy were limited in vitro. Given that LIPUS increased the expression of caveolin-1 in response to mechanical stimulation, we inhibited caveolin-1 activity with pyrazolopyrimidine 2 (pp2) in vivo and in vitro. LIPUS-induced downregulation of inflammation was reversed and the anti-fibrotic effects of LIPUS were absent.ConclusionsThese results indicated that LIPUS could ameliorate AngII-induced cardiac fibrosis by alleviating inflammation via a caveolin-1-dependent pathway, providing new insights for the development of novel therapeutic apparatus in clinical practice.  相似文献

The present article describes the life of the Grand Duchess Maria Alexandrovna of Russia (1853–1920) through the correspondence with her parents: the Emperor of Russia Alexander II, the Empress and close friends. The accent is on Grand Duchess’s life in Great Britain after her marriage in 1874 to Prince Alfred, Duke of Edinburgh (1844–1900), second son of the Queen Victoria but also about her life in the Duchies of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha after 1893 with frequent visits to her family in Russia. Administering ‘Operation Pied Piper’ – how the London County Council prepared for the evacuation of its schoolchildren 1938–1939

In September 1939, two days before declaring war on Germany, the British government evacuated over half a million children from London to supposedly safer areas in the country. Schoolchildren went there with their teachers and infants with their mothers. Immediately after the event (and ever since) the impact of the evacuation on the children – the hardships of some and the adventures of others – has been extensively researched, as has been the operation’s broader social impact. Meanwhile, the policy ontology of the evacuation’s organisation remains surprisingly under‐researched. This paper explores how the planning for the evacuation developed in a brief period before the outbreak of the Second World War, in order to assess responsibilities for its shape and ultimate execution. At the core of this article is the evaluation of four sets of documents from the archives of the London County Council about the evacuation’s planning stages in the 1930s. Contrary to earlier claims that the administration of the children’s evacuation was not only a success, but also an excellent illustration of co‐ordinated planning and execution, it will be the conclusion here, that not co‐operation and co‐ordination at government and civil service level made London’s evacuation a logistical success, but the relentless drive by the London County Council, who pushed for the evacuation in the face of opposition from central government.  相似文献
